The story of Loan Partners begins with a plumber's helper named Irvin, who was working to buy his first home. Irvin didn't have bad credit — he had no credit — and he was being turned away again and again from traditional financing.
The deal was unraveling, and Irvin was on the verge of losing the house. His real estate agent was pressed to find a solution, and within a few calls, we found two individulas each willing to fund half of the loan. Irvin made every payment on time, built his credit, and nearly one year to the day qualified for a traditional mortgage.
That moment — proof that the right kind of bridge can open lasting opportunities — inspired the creation of Loan Partners.
