Next, you’ll provide a simple document package—two years of tax returns, two months of bank statements, plus a line-item budget and plans if construction is involved.
The faster we receive your documents, the faster we can move.
With a complete submission, you’ll usually have clear direction within 48 hours. We’ll issue a commitment letter outlining your loan terms and any requirements needed before closing.

Closing It Out
Final steps include title work, appraisal, insurance, and tying up any loose ends.
Once requirements are met, we’ll fund within a day and move straight to closing.
